Never Doubt Yourself!

Hey guys! I know it has been a couple weeks since I last posted and I apologize for that! I've been trying to catch up on school stuff, so I apologize again! However I am back this week! This weeks blog is going to be about something that a lot of us do without knowing and sometimes you do it and you know you're doing it. That certain something is doubting yourself. We have all at some point in our lives, doubted ourselves because we thought we weren't good enough or even because you don't think you can do it. I personally often catch myself doing it a lot because I feel like I can't do it or won't be good at it. After I've done those things, I usually don't try to get better at what I was doubting myself at or even attempt to acknowledge it and will leave it alone for a while. Now I'm not saying you won't want to do it again because more than likely, if you actually enjoy what you're doubting yourself about, you will stop doubting yourself and pick it back up and prove yourself wrong. Meaning you will not doubt yourself again and you will accomplish whatever goal you had with it. I am going to give you some tips and things you can do whenever you start to doubt yourself again:
  • Talk to someone about what you're doubting yourself at and why you are doubting yourself.
  • If you doubt yourself because you don't like what you're doing, then either change it, or just don't do it anymore because you don't like it.
  • If you actually like whatever it is, push yourself, and leave the negative thoughts behind because you wouldn't want to stop something you actually like doing.
  • If you are doubting yourself because you aren't good at it, practice until you are. Practice makes perfect!
  • Last but not least, you guys can always come and talk to me ( virtually of course). I'm always here for you guys when you feel like no one else is!
If you ever start to doubt yourself again, stop, and look at these tips and do them if they apply to you. Like I said, if you really like it don't stop doing it. Leave the negative comments and people behind because after you've accomplished whatever you set out to accomplish, you will feel a lot better in the end, I promise!
Well, I hope you guys enjoyed and could relate to this weeks blog. Like I said, I apologize for missing a couple weeks! However, I am back and here for you guys! I will "see" you guys next week! Love you guys! Byeeeee! : )
